- ATV’s have an automatic transmission, power steering electric start and reverse.
- Helmets, trail maps and a full tank of gas are included with your rental.
- Guests should wear durable boots, long pants and long sleeve shirt.
- Eye protection required – We supply goggles, prescription glasses or sunglasses are acceptable.
- Minimum age to rent is 21 years; minimum age to operate an ATV is 18 years with a driver’s license; minimum age to ride as a passenger on an Side-by-SIde, with an adult (18 years or older) is 5 years on a Side-by-Side.
- All renters and passengers renting Side-by-Side’s & ATV’s from must read, understand and sign a rental agreement and liability release form. Renters are responsible for all damages and liability associated with the operation of the rental.
- Option #1 – We require a hold on your credit card in the amount of $3,000 per machine as a security deposit for damages. You are responsible for damages up to $3,000. You are not responsible for damages in excess of $3,000.
- Option #2 – Pay $15 per machine per day for the premium damage waiver. With the premium damage waiver, we require a $1,500 hold per machine as a security deposit for damages. You are responsible for damages up to $1,500. You are not responsible for damages in excess of $1,500.
