North Country Rivers offers inflatable kayaking trips on the Kennebec River in Maine. You can reserve half or full day trips. Inflatable Kayaks “also known as Duckies of Fun Yaks" are very stable, fun, and easy to master. No experience is necessary and we supply all equipment, instructions by our guides. This is a great way of learning basic kayaking skills while getting in the outdoors. You have a choice of paddling a one or two person kayak. Our Kayak trips are a great idea for either a single day family or youth outing or as a second day to your whitewater rafting trip.

Funyak Level 1 Inflatable Kayak Trips – $64 Per Kayak This is a great option for groups with younger children or families looking for their first exposure to boating on moving water. We meet at our base in Bingham, transport you to Wyman Dam and paddle downstream to our base in Bingham. After basic paddling instruction, you are ready to head out onto the river. This is a very scenic section of the Kennebec and it is not uncommon to see wildlife ranging from eagles, osprey and more. Level I Inflatable Kayak trips meet at 2:00 p.m. and last 3 hours.
